How do I use the Pigeon and Bird Products Online Shop for the first time?

Pigeon and Bird Products is an exclusive online direct to customer service.

Note: Pigeon and Bird Products only accepts PayPal, Credit Card and bank Direct Deposit/Transfer payments.

1. Follow the links to our 'Online Shop' to select your products.

2. In the product page click the 'Add to cart' button.

2. After choosing your products select 'Show cart' from the right hand side Shopper menu.

First time shoppers must register with their details.

3. Click the 'Create an Account' link and add your username, password and your email. We will then send to you a confirmation email.

4. Click the confirmation link in the email to return to our website and click 'Show cart' from the right hand side Shopper menu. Your previous product selection(s) will be in the cart.

5. Fill out your delivery contact details by clicking the 'Add/Edit billing address information' button.

6. The shopping cart will then automatically display the Australia Post shipping cost based on your delivery information.

7. Finally complete your order by choosing your prefered payment option, click 'Complete order' after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.

Payment options.

If you are paying by Direct Deposit, Pigeon and Bird Products bank account information will be displayed after 'Completing the order' A copy of the order will be emailed to you. Please email a copy of your bank receipt  - Products are shipped once funds have cleared.

If you are paying by PayPal or Credit Card you will automatically proceed to the PayPal secure website once the order is complete. You can use your credit card without being a PayPal member or you can sign in if you are a PayPal member. A copy of the order will be emailed to you once payment has been confirmed by PayPal.

Shipping costs.

We use Registered Australia Post Parcel which has a 22 Kg domestic and 20 Kg international weight limit (goods are dispatched from Melbourne VIC). If your order exceeds this limit you can not check out your order, contact us for a TNT courier quote. Our shopping cart will display the shipping cost before you confirm your purchase.

Pigeon and Bird Products will send your order in 5(metro) to 10(country) days.
